Inside Track are looking for an Operations Administrator to join us in Alconbury on a 6 month fixed term basis.

The Operations Administrator primary responsibility will be to induct our new field based colleagues and maintaining all Health & Safety records for the events team. You will also assist with general administration for the Warehouse Manager and the Operations Manager.

Other duties include:


- Make sure all operational communications are up to date and seen by the team.
- Manage and communicate all events logs coming through from field team.
- Work with Field Operations Manager to improve efficiencies in supplier set up.
Ideally you will be a good administrator with some experience in people management is desirable. You will have good stakeholder management skills including excellent organisational and communication skills both over the phone and via e-mail.

- Good experience using Microsoft Office applications or their equivalents.
- A Health & Safety qualification (desirable).
