Description

Role Overview


- To specialise in administration and organisation as required by the above named department - working week of 3 days
- To deliver a high standard of administrative support and world class customer service in line with Price Bailey’s strategies, policies and procedures
- To maintain client confidentiality and observe data protection and other legislative and organisational responsibilities

Principle Responsibilities:


- Draft correspondence; print, send and file accounts and tax returns; update workflows and trackers
- To provide administrative support to other departments as required
- To assist with general office duties including:
- Emailing and printing VAT invoices
- Filing, archiving and scanning
- Photocopying and binding
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- To provide assistance for Reception when required including:
- To answer calls and convey accurate messages
- To greet and attend to visitors
- To ensure that reception and meeting rooms are well presented
- To clear meeting rooms after meetings
- To manage the outgoing post task
- To assist with mailings
- To assist with database administration
- To assist other team member as and when needed to help cover holiday/sickness cover and busy periods which may include the need to work from a different office
- To work on ad hoc projects as directed
- To undertake such other tasks as may be reasonably assigned from time to time

Person Specification:

Work based competencies


- Min of 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics
- Word and Outlook to Intermediate Level
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- High standard of presentation skills and proof reading
- Experience in working within the professional services sector
- Organised and able to provide high quality work in accordance with Price Bailey standard
- Good planning, organisational and time management skills
