A leading Fintech start-up who have grown rapidly via acquisition require an Agile Coach to help nurture and upskills several inherited engineering teams on processes, tooling and benefits of agile frameworks – more aligned to the rest of the team.
Currently the team are very capable in coding and producing product and would benefit from being able to understand how better to adopt agile to improve their ability to plan, backlog groom, estimate and work more collaboratively in order to increase visibility, productivity and lessons learnt (retros).
This is an excellent opportunity for an Agile coach to take a greenfield approach to implementing agile processes, tools and culture to a team eager to learn and reap the benefits.
Agile Coaches will have ideally come from an engineering background before moving into a role as Agile Coach and have a proven track record of implementing Agile best practices focussed around Scrum, backlog grooming and estimating.
It would also be advantageous Advertto have extensive knowledge in the application of TDD and DevOps.
This role is fully remote and is offered on an initial 3 month contract with significant likelihood to extend as further acquisitions are in the pipeline.
