Our client is a Central Government Department leading on a cross Government finance systems upgrade. Working as part of a team on this project, we are looking for a delivery lead with outstanding stakeholder and presentation skills and versatile in an Agile environment to take ownership of the project plan and delivery of this far reaching upgrade.

The successful applicant will have:

- High level management of multiple development streams

- Close interaction with Delivery Manager and Business Change/Communications Lead

- Constantly assessing and communicating the business impact when changes arise in the project plan

- Working with business stakeholders on benefits realisation and driving them to take measurements

- Contingency planning

- Supporting the Project Manager in Project Board Reporting

- Production of a fortnightly Project Dashboard

- Working closely with Project Administrator on daily operational management of the project

- Ensure governance processes are adhered to but do not hinder delivery at pace

- Chair meetings with a variety of stakeholders, and facilitate Agile ceremonies as required e.g. retrospectives

To apply for this role, you will have project planning and PMO experience within a Government environment OR an Agile qualification with delivery experience in a large, complex organisation. Candidates with CTC/SC clearance will be desirable.
