Pertemps recruitment are currently recruiting for an Ordering & Allocations Administrator for our prestigious client based in Chesterfield S49.

The role is responsible for the Ordering and Allocation process for vehicle purchases.
This includes all system input, day to day management of suppliers and general problem solving.
In addition to this the role is responsible for the development of the vehicle delivery plan and measuring the manufacturers performance against this through daily, weekly or monthly calls depending on the delivery cycle.

Key Duties:

o Day to day management of vehicle suppliers
o Development of vehicle delivery plans
o System input into the M5 and CAM systems
o Supply reporting on vehicles supplier's performance
o Provide support on vehicle delivery issues
o Order vehicles within the Ariba system
o Provide support to the customer service team red fleet calls
o Computer literate with specific knowledge of excel
o Meet telephone KPIs, and customer contract timescales
o Maintain shared inbox contact at all required times

Experience required:

o Excellent customer service skills and experience
o Excellent communication skills both oral and written
o Ability to deal with departmental issues in a professional manner
o Ability to adapt to change
o Excellent understanding of individual customer requirements and understand the impact to all customers, internal and external
o Excellent organisational, planning and prioritising skills with commercial awareness
o Previous experience in dealing with multiple IT systems/platforms, ability to learn new systems
o Experience and decisive working under pressure
o Good fact finding and report writing skills
o Excellent IT Skills, computer literate
o Adaptable to change dependent on customer needs and requirements

oFleet workshop, garage network, vehicle maintenance understanding
oSAP/invoicing system understanding
oCompetent in Microsoft Excel

Rate of pay
- £11.43 Per/hour

Working hours
- Covering times of 06:00
- 18:00 Mon-Fri and 07:00-14:00 Saturdays, rotational.
Possible extended evening and weekend shifts in line with demand.
