Analyst – Analytics & Oversight – Negotiable Salary – Plus Benefits – London and multiple locations – J9367

Your chance to work for a great financial giant and get your career underway. You will be taking part in industry leading credit risk models, working with business contacts and delivering outputs within agreed timescales.

Role and Responsibilities
•Develop Credit Risk models using statistical techniques
•Work on cross team projects supporting wider teams
•Work to best practices
•Show initiative and display a "can do" attitude
•Build and maintain relationships with contacts.
•Become an expert in a narrow field and seek information
•Identify improvements to the use of data and the development of solutions.
•Communicate outputs of analysis clearly

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
•Educated to degree in a numerate subject
•Proven ability to work well within a team environment
•Possess the ability to work quickly and at a high level of detail and accuracy
•Show good time management and organisation skills.
•Good communication skills, both written and verbal
•Be a self-starter
•Some practical experience in the use of statistical packages e.g. SAS, SPSS, R, Matlab, C, C++,JAVA, EViews)
•Experience of working on large datasets advantageous
