Description

You will be part of a team of 11 AP Payments co-ordinators who are based within the UK, Cyprus, Turkey, Greece and mainland Spain. The role also requires cover of the Assistant Account Payable Manager for Hotels during annual leave or sickness. The position we are recruiting for will be based in Luton, UK and will report directly into the Assistant Account Payable Manager for Hotels.


What you will be doing You will be working as part of the AP Hotels team to ensure invoices are verified, processed and paid within the supplier agreed payment terms. Your day to day duties will include supplier query resolution by maintaining a ticketing system & statement reconciliations. You will be required to assist and cover the Assistant Hotels Manager and Finance Manager during annual leave or sickness


What we are looking for
- Someone with a good Accounts Payable background and strong influencing skills.
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- You must have strong interpersonal skills including persuasiveness and/or assertiveness skills with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You will be required to work to tight deadlines and show excellent communication skills.
- We also require a candidate with good commercial awareness.
- Experience of SAP would be an advantage.
