Job Purpose An experienced B2B Sales Professional in the Aerospace Coatings market you are looking for a new challenge in a business that will make the most of your skills. Key Accountabilities As Area Sales Manager you will manage your team to deliver revenue and margin targets. You will assign team responsibilities and contribute to setting sales and growth targets for allocated customers. Taking the lead in understanding the customer base, you will develop reliable segment and sales plans as well as work with your colleagues globally to translate implementation strategies into action. Important will be the ability to create a high performing team able to deliver outstanding customer service and support by hands-on monitoring, training and coaching. You will also identify significant business opportunities and, pinpoint existing and/or potential problem areas and be one of the leaders of our facility in Leicester.


Experience You must have experience of B2B sales in the Aerospace Coatings market and of account management. Able to develop effective sales teams you will be good at building relationships at all levels and possess excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills. Quick to gain credibility you will be commercially astute and comfortable using business systems.

Self-motivated, you excel at achieving targets and are resilient in negotiations too.

A full driving licence is essential.
