Sales and Marketing are the link to the customer and ensure their voice is heard within Bentley.
The team strives to maximise our markets potential and maintain Bentley’s position at the top of the luxury sector. Our central and regional teams are charged with optimizing the customers experience from initial interest, to the purchase and then throughout ownership.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the performance management, brand development and network relationship for a defined group of sales points. This position is the key interface providing dealer partners on a daily basis with support in the pursuit of increased sales, marketing activity, product knowledge, coaching needs and improved customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience required:
Experience of working with retailers or a strong commercial understanding
The ability to communicate and influence at all levels
Strong business acumen with financial analysis capability
Experience of motivating and leading a team
