Tradewind Recruitment are working with an Ofsted rated Good school based in Rickmansworth who are looking for an Art and Design teacher to join their department, delivering Art to Key stages 3 & 4 from January 2020.
This popular local school school has a history of great results and offers teachers the support, training and guidance required for their careers to continually progress. Staff turnover is low and the department operate closely and in collaboration and with measured goals, most recently achieving some of their best results to date across Key stages 4 and 5.
Ofsted praised the school's values which run deep through the school and recently moved into a new state of the art building in 2015. Teachers are praised and respected by pupils who benefit from a strong community and school council ensuring pupil's voices are heard and they have an active influence in the development of their school.

To join this successful and integral department in January you will need to:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
You will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, overseas police clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
