Job Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership is setting up three integrated locality teams to deliver its ambition for Falkirk. These teams are critical to transform how we deliver health and social care to improve health and wellbeing outcomes. Can you bring experience of leading successful partnership working and a commitment to the development of our Health & Social Care Partnership? Do you have the background and professional knowledge to deliver a programme of transformational change, innovation and continuous improvement to provide a seamless and integrated health and social care service? If so then one of these roles could be for you.

As Locality Manager you will lead the development of locality planning in one area to improve health and wellbeing outcomes, working in partnership with our communities and local providers to deliver integrated community services. The role will also include responsibility to coordinate one or more functions over the Falkirk or Forth Valley area and provide strategic leadership for specific aspects of the service delivery e.g. Public Protection, Contracts & Commissioning or Registered Services.

As an experienced senior manager with extensive leadership experience in a complex organisation, you will support the Head of Integration to manage and develop the integrated health and social care service by providing leadership, vision and direction in the delivery of the functional areas of responsibility.


You will be an experienced professional who will provide leadership to improve outcomes for adults in our area. You will complement our management team, bringing continuous improvement, new ways of working to deliver high quality services, while maintaining efficiency. You will bring experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and have a successful track record in leading and managing change. You will have financial and risk management experience in a relevant environment and have a working knowledge of the functions within the remit of this post.
