An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join a successful and accredited facilities management company delivering a culture of continuous improvement. This company handles soft and hard service delivery across a national portfolio.
Your new role
As a proven Assistant Facilities Manager you will be responsible for providing efficient day to day support to the Facilities Manager and Regional Facilities Manager though delivery of compliance, finance, and contractual KPIs. This role requires you to manage and deliver the maintenance and service across the portfolio of assets in the Newcastle and surrounding area.
Evaluating data and operational performance to ensure that plans are in place and any perceived risks are addressed or mitigating actions are taken.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role, you will need exemplary organisational skills to ensure that services are delivered in line with KPIs. You must have a full UK driving license and access to own vehicle as this role requires travel between multiple sites within the Newcastle area. A proven level of experience within Facilities/Estates management encompassing service delivery is required.
Formal management level qualifications are also desirable but not essential provided experience is evidenced.
