Band 3 Assistant Medical Secretary Pre-Operative Assessment and Anaesthetics


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to support the Pre-Operative and Anaesthetics department as an Assistant Medical Secretary for 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent basis. The required hours of the post will be Monday – Friday 7.5 hours per day.


We are looking for an individual who is looking to take on a new challenge, in return this post will offer excellent development opportunities and the option to take part in further administration qualifications.


The successful candidate will require excellent organisational and communication skills, demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently, using their own initiative and be willing to be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the service. The individual must also have the ability to work well under pressure and have the desire to provide a first class service for patients and the clinical teams.


Previous experience of working within a Healthcare environment is desirable but not essential.
