As the Assistant Sales Manager you will be responsible for the running of the office reporting to the Investment Director. Responsible for the Resales and New Homes. This Property company has offices Worldwide and is looking for someone in their Central South West Offices.

Character profile of the Assistant Sales Manager:

A track record of exceptional performance in property sales is essential, coupled with a real customer service focused approach
• Incredible customer service focused with examples of where you have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
• Team orientated with a drive to succeed and do well.
• 3 years’ experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator.

Package for the Assistant Sales Manager:

Basic: £26-28k (depending on experience)
OTE: £50-60k
Hours: 8:30am-6pm (Mon-Fri), Saturdays will be on a rota and discussed.
