Assistant Service Charge Consultant

You will be working for a world leading property consultant

Your new role

Your main duties include:

- Acting on behalf of the Tenant in relation to service charges
- Reading leases and lease interpretation
- Assessing service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Chasing on active service charges in consultancy
- Liaising with Landlord's and agents
- Assisting with queries relating to service charges
- Maintaining databases
- Compiling internal and client reports

What you'll need to succeed

- A good working knowledge on Microsoft excel, word, outlook and publisher
- The ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent time management
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Work well under pressure
