We are working on an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established and desirable developer on a residential development of traditional built homes in Swindon.

Our client is a growing business with land deals in place offering longevity of work in the area. They put the customer first and are at the forefront of customer care and presentation. They build exceptional homes of quality with reasonable build programmes. You will get the opportunity to work on NHBC sites and play an integral part in winning an award.

They provide you with excellent Assistant Site Manager training and resource to enable you to be at top of your game. This company will develop you each day. You will constantly be learning and building your knowledge that will give you many opportunities to progress and enjoy a long-term career with them.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be assisting the Site Manager in overseeing all areas of the build, seeing through the life cycle, increasing your knowledge and experience from infrastructure, groundwork, build, completion and handover. You will also communicate with the site team, take part in meetings, manage materials and be involved in NHBC inspections.

The ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager from a volume housing developer or similar.
