As a Brand Executive at Travelport, you can thrive in the exciting world of Travel Tech.

Role & Team

You will come on board at a truly exciting time, and as a member of the Global Customer and Marketing Organization, you will play a pivotal and crucial part in generating creative content collaborating with Travelport’s digital marketing team as well as other teams across the business to produce high quality content and activation strategies to ensure that content is delivering against objectives.

You will also lead and oversee the day-to-day management of Travelport’s customer testimonial program working closely with the Global Propositions and Marketing teams in region.

You will be responsible for the development and creation of marketing deliverables to support “always-on” brand awareness activities, which include digital-first brand campaigns, videos and content writing.

This role is fundamental in our brand building strategy responsible for brand alignment through the delivery of content that engages, motivates and inspires our customers.

This dynamic position will involve…

Managing the implementation of marketing initiatives that build Travelport brand awareness, these incudes “always-on” brand building activities such as campaigns and thought leadership content.

Creating and manage content plans and campaigns that embodies the brand and customer mind-set from ideation to implementation and return on investment analysis. This involves working with internal colleagues and external creative partners with a strong focus on activation, engagement and continuous improvement.

Measuring the value of related marketing activities against business objectives (inquiries and leads) as well as impact on brand awareness within our target audiences

Researching and writing content which would encompass a wide range of topics including technical blog posts, product collateral and longer form content

Ensuring all content is aligned with our brand voice and values

Enhancing brand messages telling the brand story through engaging and relevant content optimized for digital, this includes but is not limited to editing, proofreading and improving content across customer touchpoints with SEO center of mind.

Will have previous experience within marketing at a strong B2B brand, with international background and experience in more than one of the required key subjects (brand positioning, storytelling, communication etc.)

Will be experienced in delivering content and creative campaigns with input from concept, visual creative and copy

Will have a background in creating and executing clear brand tone of voice and editorial content planning with an understanding of SEO, social, paid content channels and digital platforms.

Will be a fast learner and proactive mind-set with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Will be able to understand complexity and communicate it in a simple, engaging way to different audiences.

Should demonstrate a flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of colleagues.

Will be detail oriented and highly skilled in time management.

Will have great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
