A well established company based in Egham are looking for Broker Support Executive to join their head office.
This position would suit someone who thrives within a busy environment, has a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the underwriters and brokers to ensure the relevant information is communicated between departments. In addition to this you will also be responsible to relaying any information to their clients, brokers and solicitors.
Location: Egham (Onsite Parking)
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Liaising with brokers to obtain documents and provide updates on the applicants progress
Check results of personal and business credit searches
Highlighting any concerns to the underwriters
Instruct valuations and liaise with Valuers
New business processing supporting the sales team
Assist completions team in communications with any other legal representatives to ensure offer conditions are met
Ensuring a strong attention to detail whilst maintaining and updating the systemKey requirements:
Ideally experience within the financial services sector. (Buy to let, Bridging Finance)
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Good analytical skills
Able to work to tight deadlines
