Southampton City Council is looking for a responsible and customer focused individual to undertake the role of Bulk Cash Office Supervisor.

This role is responsible for delivering excellent cash office services to both internal staff and external customers whilst ensuring the highest standard of customer care is given. Daily responsibilities include managing the Bulk Centre staff as well as maintaining and monitoring physical security of the Bulk cash processing office at all times. As required, the Supervisor would also be expected to cover the duties of the Bulk Cashier Driver Collectors.

You will have proven experience with managing a team in order to ensure that the cash collection service runs effectively. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to liaise with all stakeholders. Your numeracy skills will be strong and accurate in order to be able to complete cash reconciliation and banking processes to a daily deadline.

You will need a full UK Driving License and be required to work with some flexibility as the post involves some weekend work.
