Job Title: Business Analyst (Digital Applications)

Location: London, Canary Wharf
The department resides within Global Technology Infrastructure Service (GTIS) and is responsible for the Firm's strategic Digital Colleague platform which consists of web and mobile application BarclaysNow. The department’s primary projects focus on technology to support Enterprise Digital applications, for example:
o    Front End Framework – common front end SDK framework for all Barclays Now applications
o    Portal Platform – Providing access to all Barclays Now content and applications
o    Content Management System: A system that allows content authors to create, publish and manage web content across multiple sites
o    Search:  The ability to provide global search solutions across multiple types of contents
Your Role

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will provide key support in ascertaining the business impact of the requirements & supporting the communication & delivery of requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a conduit between development teams and stakeholders.
Essential Skills

o    Solid understanding of business needs analysis
o    End user needs analysis & requirements gathering
o    Understands the importance of Mobility design
o    Strong understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle
o    Has a passion for Agile Project methodology
o    Knows Scrum, XP and Kanban methodologies
o    Good understanding of investment banking
Desirable Skills

o    Experience delivering web and mobile application (Desirable)
