Overview of the role :
Business analysts are being sought to help our client to understand their current process, system and data landscape for R&D early science. To make recommendations on approaches and technologies on how to organise that so it is fit for the future of their ground-breaking science.

You will be part of a team of 2-3 business analysts on the core R&D sites. You willwork locally but need to deliver globally.

Our client creates a huge innovative array of therapies. Their systems and processes however are not suited to their new R&D model.

The jobholder will :
*Understand the AS-IS early drug landscapes and the systems and process around these.
*Understand the new needs of biologists as users of these
*Make recommendations on how the historic CMS and registration systems can be updated or replaces to alleviate this problem

Requirements :

Experience of synthetic chemistry, protein chemistry, expression technologies and biological drugs is highly desirable.

*It is essential to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
*A minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst
*Business analysis planning skills
*Stakeholder analysis
*Business process analysis - Value Chain, User Journeys
*Solution Evaluation
*Design thinking
*IIBA or BCS certification would be preferable
*Along with experience of sample registration, sample management and sample meta data.
