About the area you’ll be working in
We have a network of Health Clinics across the UK that provide a range of private Health services such as physiotherapy, health assessments and GP appointments. Our services and treatments are available to everyone – not just those with health insurance.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will be taking responsibility for supporting the clinics new business team in managing inbound and outbound lead and calls. You’ll provide quality support to direct clients and intermediaries in line with Bupa standards, putting them ‘at the heart of everything we do’ and support sales targets being achieved in line with business plans. You’ll comply with regulatory and legislative requirements as appropriate for role and support senior team members in delivering service improvement initiatives. You’ll also contribute to building a performance culture within Bupa through own performance.
What’s a typical day?
A typical day will be to provide quality client service to existing and potential customers in line with Bupa standards and reputation. You will take responsibility for leads being added to CRM and allocating these within the team. You will, facilitate and resolve all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, intermediaries etc.); done by providing professional and dedicated service to them. This can be achieved via telephone or email.
You will require the ability to interpret client’s needs and develop and maintain a sound understanding of our customers and their requirements.
You’ll also need to work with peers and colleagues across Bupa to draw upon all available resources. Utilise these fully to provide high quality service to clients and prioritise activities and tasks within agreed delivery timescales.
Who we’re looking for?
Proficient user of Business Systems used in function / business line; (e.g. CRM, reporting and planning tools etc)
Good understanding of systems and existing technology landscape
Good understanding of business systems and how they interface with / feed into their functional/ business unit infrastructure
Proficient use of office standard packages e.g. PowerPoint and or ability to use and manipulate spreadsheets, produce formatted charts
Experience of using database and data manipulation tools e.g. MS Access
Experienced user of email, intranet, word and communication tools
Sales experience with particular focus on providing telephony advice – preferred
Understanding regulations – preferred
Understanding of financial services market - preferred
