The role will be part of business development function and will work centrally in the business to support the development and delivery of our growth strategy across the Operose Group of companies, with a specific focus on leveraging digital tools and technology to deliver against strategic objectives.

The role will be varied and cover the breadth of the BD function but will be expected to take responsibility for defined projects in the digital space, as well as contributing to the effective management of the function. This is role requires a level of agility and flexibility as priorities are likely to change on a week-by-week basis.

Principal Accountabilites:

Capability identification and development: In conjunction with technical team, project manage identification through development of new digital products to ensure product aligns with strategic aims, reflects required functionality, and meets end user needs within agreed time scale and budget.

Product launch management: Develop comprehensive plan for implementation and launch of products, working with key operational departments, stakeholders, commercial partners and end user to ensure optimal experience with the product. Identify clear, measurable metrics to track the product impact from pilot to scalable roll-out.

Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the product/s for the rest of the organization and act as a resource for executive team and stakeholders inside and outside Operose.

Insight and analysis: Support the BD team to identify strategic opportunities and challenges with the digital healthcare landscape and develop evidence-based solutions to support decision making.
