We are currently looking for a Business Manager to join a luxury beauty brand in a luxury department store in central London.

We are looking for someone super-special - someone who will welcome all potential customers with both friendly and first-class service, and be an inspiration for their team every day.

As a Buisness Manager you will have overall responsibility for the achievement of retail objectives in store. You will lead and support your team by setting the ultimate example. You will also maximise on all sales opportunities and ensure the team provide the best customer service and shopping experience possible.

Duties include:

Sales Goals: Working with Area Managers and Store Management, you will ensure that individual and team targets are achieved.

Teamwork: Through regular Team Meetings, effective communication and recognition of achievement, you will ensure the camaraderie that will deliver the right results. A key responsibility of the Business Manager is to develop a motivated team of consultants.

Promotions and Special Events: Looking at every business-building opportunity (e.g. on counter, features, outposts, inter-departmental link-ups and outside demonstrations etc.) you will help to drive the Business.

Standards: It is important that our consultants, our counter, our merchandising and our displays create the most positive impression on customers. Personal grooming guidelines should be adhered to and the correct uniform should be worn at all times during working hours. You will be the standard bearer in the store.

Stock: Ensuring that the Counter remains in stock at all times, you will give early warning of potential O.O.S.’s. by monitoring weekly sell-through of the top 10 selling lines and reporting concerns to your Area Manager.

Administration: You will be responsible for ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Staff Rotas: Working in a fair manner, you will devise a rota to provide the most effective coverage of the counter maximising the resources available.

Experience needed:

* At least 2 years ecperience of Business management for a beauty/makeup brand

* Well spoken english

* Good customer service skills
