Are you a recent school leaver or graduate looking for your next opportunity? If so, we are currently looking for a Business Operations Executive to join our Commercial team based in London (Friars House). This role is a one year fixed term opportunity.

What is the Business Operations Executive responsible for?

The successful candidate will provide support to all sales teams, This includes:

Acting as point of contact for sales teams and taking ownership of resolving internal and external customer queries where possible
Processing all renewal & new business orders across all verticals.
Processing post pay Batch online orders on behalf of our customers
Regular communication with sales to ensure all orders and paperwork are processed to a strict deadline
Ensuring all legal contracts and stored within the Experian database
Maintaining and assigning all email requests received into the Business Operations Helpdesk
Responding to product and data queries from across the sales teams and escalating queries when necessary
Working with other departments to ensure that customers receive the correct license keys to ensure that customers can use their software correctly
Regular involvement in ad hoc Business Operations projects and tasks

What are we looking for?

You don't need to have experience in a similar role - we're looking for someone who is driven, proactive and ambitious. The ideal candidate will:

Be able to work as part of a team whilst being able to make independent decisions
Have a proactive approach to work and be delivery focused
Have good organisational and interpersonal skills
Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
Excellent time management skills
Administration or customer service experience would be a bonus but is not essential
