Description

An exciting opportunity to join one of the premier businesses in Peterborough, you will be joining as part of a team of six business support administrators. You will be delivering efficient administration support to both our external customers, suppliers, hauliers and internal inter-company suppliers.

You will be:


- Contacting customers, suppliers and hauliers to chase information and resolve any queries and anomalies
- Correcting any data to reflect any changes and issuing debits and credits to the customer accounts
- Investigate and report on any complaints providing information to the team manager
- Updating and maintaining accurate information on the system

You will have worked within a busy admin team previously and be able to demonstrate the ability to work at pace and under pressure. It is key you are comfortable working as part of a team, and flexible enough to provide support to the other members of the team as required. You will be numerate, a confident communicator and confident in using computer systems - the ability to learn quickly and retain information.
