Overview of Position:

This is an existing position within the Maritime, Energy & Agra division of KNect365.


A key part of this role will be to manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including some ground work as well as strategic planning.

Job Summary " Campaign Management:

Analyse the most effective media, customer segments and promotional activities used and targeted within campaigns and build on this insight to formulate event promotion campaigns. These are focused on generating paid and non-paid delegate attendance around events as well as highly targeted leads for the sponsorship and telesales teams • Evaluate the marketing campaigns' successes and failures and make any necessary adjustments as the campaign is executed


Execute the campaign through liaison with the central Campaign Excellence & Targeting team, various external suppliers and internal colleagues l

Maximise the depth and spread of the marketing campaign through working with numerous external suppliers such as industry publications, associations, event speakers, sponsors and other event stakeholders.

Negotiate deals that give us as great as possible exposure " mainly through various digital channels

Prepare all the relevant marketing collateral, e.g. banners for websites and copy for outbound marketing emails.

Promote the event through social media channels • Work with the telesales department to help maximise their performance

Set up and monitor PPC campaigns

Assist key event set-up tasks in various internal systems and the event website

Attend and contribute ideas to event and divisional strategy and update meetings

Monitor schedules/deadlines during all phases of promotions

Conduct post event analysis to assist decision making in other promotion campaigns and data research Requirements

Have exceptional organisational and time-management skills

Have an exceptional level of attention to detail

Passion for communication and technologically adept with regards to digital channels, social media, website and trends

Degree educated
