The Business Services Department’s prime goal is to develop and deliver a world class customer experience through dynamic management and innovative solutions.
Managing the Transfer Agent and associated service requirements of a diverse, complex and regulated platform and fund range.
What you’ll be doing?
• Oversight of the policies and procedures at outsourced suppliers used to
  support the administration of the funds and platforms business, with key focus 
  on ensuring that the Third Party Administrators adhere to policies and
  procedures in relation to Client Assets (CASS) and outsourced operational
  across a diverse range of Barclays Wealth business segments and all
  Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) jurisdictions
• Coordination and management of a number of internal and external
  stakeholders to ensure compliance with the policies
• Good knowledge of the funds business is important in ensuring the smooth
  implementation of these policies
What we’re looking for:
• Strong Communication skills
• Understanding of CASS / out sourced operational activity essential
• Excellent Relationship-Building skills
• Comfortable under pressure; managing and resolving issues in line with
  regulatory requirements
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experience in working in a CASS / Operational role in either an administration
  or oversight capacity.
• A technical understanding of the regulatory framework for both offshore and
  onshore mutual funds.
• Proactively challenge processes and innovate customer-focused solutions.
• Relevant professional qualifications, e.g. (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, IOC, etc.) would be advantageous but not essential
