Job Responsibilities
The Role:
CDC process:
End to end Career Development process for Associates and Senior Associates including; pack preparation, agenda setting, meeting set up, allocation of CDAs, tracking/chasing evals, promotion co-ordination, setting up trainings as required for specific Pre-C needs, supporting CDC chair and CDAs with any questions, coordinating with staffing on Pre C case work and flagging MBA, secondment interest
Coordinating agendas and preparation for CDC meetings
Organising and contributing to CDC meetings
Documenting and helping to implement actions from the reviews post meeting
Ad hoc CDC Responsibilities:
Supporting CD team in delivering CDC initiatives and projects
Advising/liaising with Career Advisors/CD Chairs regarding HR policies, MBA, secondment and training ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolutions
Ensuring all evaluations are completed ahead of the CDC – following up with individuals ahead of CD meetings to ensure all information is up to date
Allocation of CDA to consultants: ensuring training and handovers have taken place
Ownership of the promotion process – including communication, updating systems and tracking
Working with CDC Chair to improve CD processes
Supporting wider CD team in delivering CDC initiatives and projects

Job Responsibilities Continued
Secondment and MBA Administrator:
Full ownership of the Secondment and MBA process end to end
Overseeing administration for MBA sponsored consultants incl. contracts, recording and liaising with finance and staffing teams 
Monitoring and recording all secondments, working with internal teams to ensure transparency
Coordinating with external clients and setting up contracts for consultant secondments

Basic Job Requirements
Very strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Capability to deal with/push back on senior presence
Highly organised, ability to prioritise workload and multitask
Proactive – ability to manage large workload and be autonomous
Ability to work at a very fast pace and work under pressure
Ability to take initiative
Discrete and confidential
Experience working within a fast paced HR Team is essential
CIPD is desired but not mandatory
Strong A’Level results (or equivalent)
University graduate                                                                                                                                            
Confident in the use of Word and Excel
Knowledge of PowerPoint
9 – 5.30pm (overtime expected, especially during busy periods).
