The Change and Improvement Support Officer will play a significant role in supporting service improvement and organisational change within the Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (RHSCP). Reporting to the Change and Improvement Officer, you will work as part of a team that will ensure the successful implementation of ICT applications, systems or solutions in line with the strategic priorities of RHSCP, Renfrewshire Council and NHS GG&C. You will contribute to the configuration and design of ICT applications, systems or solutions to meet the requirements of RHSCP. You will be expected to coordinate and deliver a range of training sessions on new ICT applications, systems or solutions to relevant staff as they are rolled out across the RHSCP. You must be experienced in delivering training to individuals or groups in wide range of work environments. You must have effective presentation, organisational and time management skills along with written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels in the organisation, along with personal resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities. You must also have knowledge of Renfrewshire Council’s / Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership’s policies and practices and be committed to organisational and service delivery improvement. If successful, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
