Who are they looking for?

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a professional Chef to run the College's kitchen. Along with the day to day running of the kitchen, you will be responsible for the planning, instructing and undertaking of learner assessment activities as part of a realistic working environment, in line with awarding body criteria.

Previous high quality industrial experience is essential for this role, along with relevant occupational qualifications in Professional Cookery. An assessor's qualification (TAQA or equivalent) would be desirable, or a willingness to work towards one.
