CIB - Treasury Services - Business Transformation - Market Manager - VP - LondonThe CIB Treasury Services (TS) Business Transformation Group is a strategic and execution focused group that works closely with the teams selling the firm's TS products: TS Sales, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Consumer & Community Banking, Chase Merchant Services and Commercial Card. The group also supports TS business and staff areas on a project basis, addressing topics at the top of senior management agendas. Key responsibilities include:


- Establishing strong firm-wide partnerships with the Commercial Bank, Chase Merchant Services and Commercial Cards

- Developing strategy that refines cross-LOB sales and operating models and identifies opportunities to drive our commercialization and international growth; and

- Overseeing the governance of client coverage and investment prioritization.

We are seeking a Vice President to join the Market Management team and lead client engagement, market trend analysis, and sales enablement initiatives. The individual will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Communications with key responsibilities as the following:


- Client engagement: create commercial insights tailored to client buying profile (industry, maturity/lifecycle, client trade and supply chain, location strategy, regulatory limits/changes). Support sales in orchestrating Client Advisory Board / Treasurers Forum / theme-based (e.g., eCommerce) structured client workshops, develop the agenda, and gather client feedback to inform product development.

- Market trend analysis: identify industry trends across payments, liquidity, merchant acquiring and trade, developing insights and positioning to enable sales to have solution-focused discussion with clients

- Sales enablement: lead multi-pronged effort (global calls, webinars, training sessions etc.), working closely with TS marketing, communications and events, to educate and enable the broad sales force on "hot topics" and JPM's value proposition and cross-product positioning


Specific capabilities required for the position include:

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels, and achieve goals without direct control over resources

- Strong experience engaging clients across seniority levels

- Strong ability to lead complex projects and work effectively with xLOB key stakeholders

- Deep knowledge in the broad cash management, including rapidly evolving payments area, and understanding of industry trends, client needs and competitive landscape

- Identifying implications and "so whats" of data and analysis


Qualifications

- Able to demonstrate considerable experience in Treasury Services across all key products

- Undergraduate Degree required, MBA a plus

- Treasury or consulting experience preferred

- Demonstrated strong ability to engage clients, front office coverage teams and product managers and mobilize stakeholders to drive results

- An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, and communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written)

- Ability to influence across business lines, cultures and various functions

- Strong project and process management skills

- Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers.


This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
