An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to work with our client based in the North Lanarkshire area.
This role will be for atleast 6 months. It is full-time, Mon-Fri, 9-5pm. To be considered for this role, you must have good Administration experience and preferably be from a housing background.
Salary £19,389 p/annum
-General administration duties (filing, data entry, emailing)
-Liaising with customers and clients
-Provide administration support to different departments
-Receiving enquiries by phone or in person
-Dealing with incoming mail
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work alone as well as a team
- A mature and professional approach to the role are also essential
- A flexible ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent timekeeping
