Client Manager - Professional Language Solutions, London, UK

Our Company. Professional Language Solutions is a rapidly-growing training company, located in Hammersmith (West London). We provide a wide range of language and professional skills training to international corporations as well as central government departments.
A new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Client Manager to join the busy corporate team in our Hammersmith office, with an immediate start date.

Job Summary. Client Managers (CMs) are responsible for maintaining positive relationships with an existing portfolio of Corporate customers, many of who are amongst the UKs most successful companies and who have very high expectations from suppliers.
Our CMs are responsible for providing the main point of contact for every aspect of our delivery of training, and ensuring we meet or exceed all agreed levels of service. This involves an end-to-end approach to client care, and a good understanding of b2b customer care.

Main Responsibilities
1/ Managing an existing portfolio of corporate clients
Maintaining relationships with key client personnel mostly in L&D or HR teams
Identifying potential to expand services provided within existing customers
Meeting KPIs or other SLAs, and identifying areas for added value
Providing customers with agreed monthly/quarterly/yearly reports

2/ Managing courses
Liaising with students from first enquiry through to post-course reporting
Collecting and analysing student feedback to continually improve service

3/ Managing tutors
Recruiting new tutors, often on tight deadlines, to set up new courses
Negotiating working terms and conditions with tutors
Onboarding new tutors, answering queries and resolving problems

4/ Further duties
Contributing to sales presentations, tender submissions
Maintaining accuracy of in-house databases and client websites
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills

Essential
- Undergraduate degree
- Knowledge of at least 1 foreign language
- At least 2 years office experience
- Excellent spoken and written English

Desirable
- 2-4 years experience in a corporate training environment or B2B customer-facing role
- Language teaching experience
Salary and Benefits
Working hours - 9am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri (37.5 hrs per week).
Location Hammersmith head office
Holiday 25 days + bank hols
Salary range depending on relevant experience
