Description

Office Angels are working in conjunction with a successful real estate business based in the Docklands location. Due to great company growth and expatiation this office are actively seeking a strong and experienced Office Administrator. You will assist the Client Service Director in running the Client Services. Responsibilities
? Generate monthly Client Services reports
? Assist with managing the Client Services CRM system
? Report on main developments on a monthly basis
? Update completions dates and send 'served notice reports' to the company
? Update and maintain the referrals sheet
? Chase partners for updates
? Invoice partners for monies
? Data entry
? Meeting agenda and minutes
? Webchat reporting and administration
