They are smart, driven, and poised to win!  Responsibilities: Proactively assess customer satisfaction and issues, resolve or escalate.Partner with the clients to make sure the proper solutions are still employed, and suggest upgrades where needed.Serve as liaison at times between Account Management, Deployment and Professional Services.Maintain smiley faces on the clients! Preferred Qualifications/Skills:·         Ability to diagnose, prioritize and drive resolution to Customer escalations.·         Ability to configure NetSuite to customer specific business process flows.·         Ability to customize NetSuite to address business process requirements.·         Experience deploying NetSuite Partner solutions that complement existing NetSuite functionality.·         Ability to maintain empathy with Customer and alignment with NetSuite strategic plan.·         Ability to effectively manage situations which include resources from Account Management, Development, Executives, Product, Professional Services and Support to address Customer business process requirements.·         Customer Success role function experience strongly preferred·         NetSuite solution implementation experience preferred. Competing platform experience may be considered.·         BA/BS from top tier college/university in relevant field – finance, accounting, supply chain, information systems, business, economics·         Love to “geek out” and understand HOW and WHY our software works the way it does·         Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude·         Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)  Detailed Description and Job Requirements Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client. Develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Work with larger clients. Provide input into the CSM methodology and direction. Act as mentor to newer CSMs on a voluntary basis. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Recommended 7 to 10 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired.As part of
