What You'll Do?
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and innovative Sales Executive to join our Market leading Sales team.  We are driven to deliver market-leading Cloud Collaboration solutions and offers to Enterprises across the UK and Ireland.
Focusing on Cisco Market Leading end to end Collaboration Portfolio you'll help define the positioning and value propositions to UK customer, with a focus on our Commercial business segment.
We believe in building the most compelling value proposition and Service creation ideas, so you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate on strategies, solutions, routes to market, financial forecasts, offer packages, pricing, and volume purchase proposals.
You will deliver a continuous pipeline of client opportunities and lifecycle requirements and be measured against forecast accuracy and sales results with a defined sales quota.
This is a role with high visibility and you will be interacting with senior executives in our customers and Partner Leadership teams to deliver the best solution possible.
You will engage with internal Business Unit Executives on strategic initiatives, and complex cross-functional sales programs.
You will become a key influencer of the Collaboration sales strategy and business execution across the UK and Ireland Market.

Who You Are?
Both your clients and your teammates consider you a trustworthy, creative, articulate leader with a real passion for sales success and long term relationship selling.
As a result, you'll have a winning record of developing and winning multimillion dollar multi-architecture contracts, and you can lead complex global initiatives.
A minimum, 2-4 years experience selling Enterprise Collaboration and Workplace Transformation Solutions.
A strong knowledge of the UK and Ireland Collaboration and Workplace solution marketplace.
You have a consistent track record of pursuing and handling large client relationships and recurring revenue businesses in excess of $5M per year.
You have the ability to work in a matrixed organisation and effectively navigate complex sales scenarios.
You have content creation and communications skills that enable you to simplify complex concepts and effectively build compelling stories, programs, sales collateral, and offers internally and externally.
