Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP30,000

have a new position for an Account Handler in Leicestershire to join a well-known Brokerage in their continuous development and growth.

You will be required to assist and carry out insurance administration and to provide day to day servicing and administration of Clients Insurance programmes in a timely, technically accurate and cost effective manner.

Responsibilities:
• Work with Client Managers to ensure the highest level of service and technical advice is achieved
• Comply with regulatory and other standards as directed by line management
• Identify improvements in Client risk and insurance programme design
• Negotiate renewal terms, midterm adjustments and cover extensions

Requirements:
• Very strong Commercial Account handling experience
• Insurance Broking experience
• Ability to work efficiently within a structured process
• Relevant technical Insurance knowledge
• Demonstrate good communication, decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to use insurance industry IT systems
