Reports to: Head of Internal Communications
As Communications Advisor you will design, develop and deliver a host of information to our internal workforce. You will support the MBDA strategy and key corporate campaigns through the development and delivery of communications strategies and tactical plans. You will establish excellent relationships with stakeholders, delivering high-quality content, including multi-media and consistent messaging.
Advise stakeholders on communications to ensure that messages are clear, consistent, relevant and interesting, and aligned with the Group strategy.
Empower and support leaders to communicate for themselves and help embed a ‘self-service culture’ of communication.
Develop, plan and implement communications and engagement strategies to inform and motivate our people.
Actively seek feedback and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
Establish and maintain a network of key contacts.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on communications best-practice demonstrating return on investment through measurement.
Work with the team to align campaigns and messages for multiple audience groups, securing and sharing content for both internal and external use.
