An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications Executive to join our team, working across three of our operating divisions: Business Intelligence, KNect365 and Informa's Tech business. These businesses share a common operational support model across the HR, Internal Communications, Finance, IT, Property, Procurement and Risk & Compliance functions. This structure allows a balance between operating efficiencies, innovation and growth.

The Communications team is responsible for informing, engaging and motivating the 3,400 colleagues that work across the three divisions. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Communications Executive will play a key role in developing and maintaining our company culture through a range of communication tools, initiatives and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing, creating and editing engaging content from across the business in written, audio and visual forms

Establishing a strong network of internal contributors at various levels across the business

Managing the intranet pages across the 3 Divisions, from design and functionality to publishing content

Assisting with corporate communications campaign such as brand roll-out, global HR initiatives and the annual Informa Awards

Collating material for social media pages and websites to support our front-facing brands

Editing and proof-reading copy going out on behalf of the Communications team

Experience Required:

Excellent written, verbal and presentational communication skills

Solid understanding of the role internal communications play in corporate messaging and colleague engagement

Proven experience in a Marketing/Communications role, preferably in a corporate environment

Ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders of all levels

Experience with community, social media and collaboration tools, notably Microsoft Office 365 and MS Office packages
