Reporting to the SVP, Corporate Communications, the Communications Manager, Technology, will work within the Communications team to execute effective communication strategies across Paysafe’s technology organisation. This is an opportunity to join a growing team with a remit to influence and inform in an entrepreneurial, open, focused and pioneering corporate culture.

Based in Paysafe’s Canary Wharf office in London, the successful candidate will support internal technology stakeholders across the global technology organisation to ensure the Paysafe technology story and vision are understood and recognised by multiple internal audiences.

Primarily an internal communications role, there is also be scope for the job holder to share the Paysafe technology story and vision externally to targeted media.


Work within the Communications team to effectively develop and manage key communications channels, collaborating closely with technology leadership, external agencies and other internal functions such as marketing, product, commercial, facilities and HR.

Draft and edit business announcements for internal distribution

Prepare and post relevant technology focussed content on Paysafe’s internal social media network

Arrange logistics (e.g. co-ordinating diaries, meeting room bookings, invites, etc) for employee events and briefings

Prepare reports and analysis of team results, researching and keeping track of opportunities and helping the team to meet deadlines

Work with suppliers including translators, video editors, and designers and manage them effectively

Plan and execute technology-focussed internal events

Experience and Skills Required:

Experience of working in an in-house or agency communications role.

Degree-level qualification or equivalent, preferably in a communications-related subject

Demonstrable knowledge of a broad range of communications activities – media, websites, employee comms, events and social media

Strong communication, business writing and interpersonal skills

Rigorous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach

Able to work both independently and collaboratively

A flexible, intuitive and pro-active attitude

Excellent organisation and planning skills, able to juggle tasks and work under pressure

Tenacious and diplomatic, self-disciplined, results-focused

Occasional international travel required

Experience of the payments industry

Budget and agency management experience

PR experience

Experience of communicating with a global audience including non-native English speakers
