Community Senior Care Worker
£21,241 per annum plus on call pay
Full time - 37 hours per week

They require a dedicated and conscientious senior care worker to join their friendly communities' team on a permanent basis. They're seeking a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with seniors and assisting them with their daily living activities.
The role of being a senior carer is an important role within working in the health & social care industry. You will lead, develop and assist a team of care workers to provide the highest standards of respect and care. Overall ensuring the dignity of the clients is maintained at all times. You will provide direct line management to a team of carers to ensure that the service that they are delivering is to the highest standard as well as being compliant with CQC regulations. This is a hands on role - you will also be delivering care and support to their service users.
The ideal candidate for this role will have worked within a similar role in the past so will be able to demonstrate success within a care role with management responsibilities. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and coach a team of staff. You will be comfortable working with the management team and will have a caring nature and a passion for helping people.
The working pattern for this role is 37 hours per week to work five out of seven days of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational basis.
