Description

A Client of ours is looking for a Compliance/Resourcer to join the Compliance Team. As a medical recruitment agency, they work closely with Healthcare Professionals to help them find their next suitable role.
Pay is From 18k – 21k (depends on experience)
The role will be to call and find new nurses to work for the agency and helping to ensure candidates are fully compliant with the LPP and HTE framework.
Areas of Responsibility:
-Provide support, guidance and expertise to all candidates to ensure a seamless compliance process
-Ensure accuracy and currency of records, both paper and electronic systems and all databases
-General administration duties including emailing, filing and scanning
-Ensure the company database is updated accurately
-Completing and verifying background checks e.g. references, qualifications, criminal records, etc
-Provide best practice Compliance support via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings with candidates Complete regular data cleaning exercises and manage candidate pipelines
Ensure compliance with employment law, data protection guidelines and corporate policy
