As a Compound Controller/Driver you will control the vehicle stock on-site, ensuring the site is stocked with the correct cars and take weekly physical stock checks to ensure all vehicles are correctly accounted for and invoiced correctly.


Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence and demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to your team. For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
