We are looking for confident and energetic people to join our inbound sales team in Southend on 18 November 2019.
Our Inbound Sales Agents will be taking calls from customers to help them purchase their travel insurance as they may have got stuck when buying online, or prefer speaking to someone in person. You will be answering any questions they have and generally helping them through the process, so that we can ensure that they are fully covered for their planned trips and holidays.
We provide all the tools and knowledge that you need through our 6 week classroom training and you will go on to work in a lively and supportive environment.
This is a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week. There are a variety of 7.5 hour shifts between 8.00am and 6.30pm and even though our customers still need us at the weekend and on Bank Holidays, you'll never work more than 4 weekend days out of 12 and never more than 2 Bank Holidays a year.
The starting base salary for this is £17,050 per annum, in addition to your basic pay you can work towards a performance related bonus of up to £200 per month, OTE £19,450 inclusive of monthly performance related bonus. Plus a further potential performance related bonus of up to £2,000 per quarter.
Full training would be provided commencing on Monday 18 November 2019 and you would be expected to fully commit to a six week training course Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
