We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable and hardworking individual to manage the team and develop strong relationships with our prestigious client. We only want the best. You must be passionate about delivering an exceptional service, be open minded with the vision and ambition to continually improve and develop both yourself and the client relationship.
Job responsibilities will include:- Workforce Management
Candidate sourcing and on-boarding new starters
Promoting the client as an employer of choice in the area
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Managing the client relationships, attending meetings and providing management reporting
Develop and evolve our service offering to the client
