Description

Full-time, permanent Contracts Administrator role based in the Thirsk area.

The Role


- Supporting other areas of the business such as the Service Delivery department to ensure contract administration is in place
- Set up and enter new contracts accurately and efficiently
- Update existing contracts
- Follow correct company guidelines when ending a contract
- Perform regular invoicing and pricing checks to ensure billing information is accurate
- Answer pricing queries
- Run customer reports

The Ideal Person


- Previous contracts administration experience
- Strong Excel skills (formulae, sumif)
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
