Main Responsibilities:

- Chasing invoices ranging from £1000 up to £100,000 from a varied client base
- Handling customer queries and only escalating when necessary
- Making at least 40 calls per day
- Building new client relationships as well as maintaining existing ones
- Liaising with Sales team to understand each account
- Allocating cash to accounts
- Assessing credit worthiness and setting new customers up onto the system
- Running a disputes review on a weekly basis
- Getting involved with cash flow forecasting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested

Personal Spec:

- Ambitious and driven - someone looking for the next step in their career
- Strong attention to detail
- Brilliant communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Confident in picking up the phone
- Good sense of humour
- Team player attitude
- Able to work in London

Key Attributes:

- At least 2 years' experience in Credit Control but no more than 6
- Must be immediately available to start new role
