Possessing good communication skills, both written and verbal along with the ability to work under minimal supervision within a fast paced and demanding industry is essential. A professional telephone manner is an integral part of the role, as to is the ability to deal with members of the public, contractors, and clients, in a confident manner.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they able to work as part of a team, be punctual and have a conscientious approach to their work.

We are looking to recruit a Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant within our Property Management department which manages a diverse range of commercial property and investments.

Main Duties Include:

. Chasing rent and other arrears/monies due

. Processing and paying supplier invoices

. Resolving queries on suppliers' invoices

. Processing receipts both physical and online

. Maintaining specialist databases

. Diarising and chasing payment

. Liaising with suppliers over queries

. Accounting and reporting to landlords

. Answering tenant queries

. Service charge Accounting

. Word and Excel Skills

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm

Annual leave is 20 days
