Description

CRM Manager is required by my client, an eCommerce retailer based in Watford, to join their team in delivering a long-term CRM strategy. CRM Manager will aid in maximising value via technology and data focussed acquisition and retention strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Manager to play a key part in developing CRM plans supporting the growth of the CRM eCommerce programme.

Responsibilities of the CRM Manager:


- Set and initiate the CRM strategy in-line with company objectives
- Communicate with key stakeholders in order to understand key requirements needing support through CRM
- Facilitate ongoing CRM strategies based on new insights
- Conduct customer base analysis to gain insight into new CRM opportunities
- Initiate performance summaries and success measures in-line with overall business requirements
- Oversee CRM forecasting and budget allocation

The ideal CRM Manager will have the following experience:


- Proven CRM Manager experience, ideally in an eCommerce/retail environment
- Experience delivering a long-term CRM strategy
- Initiation of value maximising strategies
- Budget allocation and forecasting experience
- Experience of customer data marketing
- Excellent communication skills
